For Level 1 inspections with cleanings, the inspection and report are free, delivered upon payment for the cleaning. For Level 2 or 3 inspections, payment for the inspection itself is required. No payment, no report. This policy ensures we can maintain high-quality service and cover the costs of our technicians’ expertise, equipment, and time.

Cleaning and Discount Program: Your first cleaning with ECC Chimney Service, LLC is billed at full price to ensure your chimney is thoroughly serviced and safe, including a free Level 1 inspection and report (valid for one year). Once your chimney is in a passed state (fully functional and compliant with safety standards), you qualify for discounted cleanings on future services, including our forward scheduling program for annual maintenance with continued free Level 1 inspections. This reward for maintaining a safe chimney helps keep your home protected at a lower cost.
