Caps

Also known as rain caps, chimney covers, fireplace caps, flue covers, or rain covers.  Superior Chimney’s professional grade chimney cap assemblies constitute a snow & rain cap, animal guard, spark arrester, and a wind inhibitor. Termination Assemblies (chimney covers) are essential in preserving fire worthiness and maintaining a safely utilized chimney.

Chimney caps are the most inexpensive preventive measure you can employ to prevent water penetration and damage to your chimney. Your chimney has one or more large openings (flues) at the top and without a chimney cover will collect rainwater and funnel it directly to the chimney interior.
