- Reminders: Approximately one week prior to your scheduled cleaning, you’ll receive a notification. At this time, you may reschedule to an available slot, though availability may be limited.
- Consistency Matters: If you cancel or skip a year, your forward scheduling spot will be forfeited. To rejoin, a new cleaning will be required, and your previous time slot may no longer be available.
